Function
Stuff like this makes me distrust public officials and law enforcement. Of course this is an isolated incident, and most officers would never do something like this. However, it makes me wonder with how tight some of these guys (and girls) are, they are bound to snap on occasion and pull something like this.

I can't see the picture but I'm sure it's riveting.
That's pretty hardcore, but I'd probably freak out if a teenage girl kicked her shoes at me, too. Seriously, though...I wonder how the cops explained this one. I mean, yeah...it's a tough job, but they get first pick on the best drugs. I guess in this case, Officer Johnny Lawrence grabbed PCP or something. NO MERCY!
